Red Wine Only
Boxwood Estate Winery produces red wine in three styles in the Bordeaux tradition from five varieties of grapes certified by the French government and grown on the estate: Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec.
BOXWOOD, a powerful red wine similar to the Left Bank of Bordeaux. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot.
TOPIARY, an elegant red wine, reminiscent of the Right Bank of Bordeaux. A blend of nearly equal parts of Cabernet franc and Merlot, depending on the vintage.
TRELLIS, a red wine with predominantly Merlot blended with Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.
ROSÉ, a dry wine produced of all Boxwood varieties.
The winery will produce no more than 5,000 cases annually once the vineyard is fully established.
