COSTS + CANCELLATION POLICY

Applies to All Experiences: Art of Blending, Estate, Cave, Pavilion, Boxwood Tastings, Group Tables, and Ticketed Events

CANCELLATION / FEES:
The cost per person does not include applicable gratuity or 5.3% Virginia sales tax, which are added to the bill on the day of your visit.

• Art of Blending Experiences: A 20% gratuity is applied.
• All Other Experiences: An 18% gratuity is applied.

A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation; no charge will be made until the day of your visit when payment is presented in person.

Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to your reservation will not incur any charge.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of your reservation — or failure to arrive — will result in a 100% charge of the total reservation cost to the card on file.

Please note: Reschedules are not permitted within 72 hours of your scheduled experience.

Separate tabs are not permitted for any group or individual reservations.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
Boxwood Winery is a 21+ facility.

RIGHT TO REFUSE:
Anyone showing signs of over-intoxication may be refused service at the discretion of management.

ACCESSIBILITY:
If handicap access is needed, please notify us in advance so we can best accommodate your visit.

PETS:
Pets are not permitted anywhere on the winery grounds.

SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY:
Boxwood Estate Winery welcomes guests accompanied by trained service animals in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Due to active wine production and food safety regulations, service animals are not permitted in our production areas, which include:

• The chai
• Bottling room
• Cave

Service animals are permitted in our main tasting room (the round) which is the only non-production indoor space open to the public.

We kindly ask that all service animals remain leashed and under control at all times during your visit. Pets, emotional-support, and therapy animals are not permitted at the winery.
