By signing up for a Boxwood Estate Winery Wine Club membership (Gold, Platinum or Diamond) I agree to the following:

• Membership is for a minimum of one (1) year or two (2) allocations.
• Membership auto-renews, but may be cancelled at any time after above commitment has been fulfilled.
• PICK UP members have 90 days from the date of allocation charge to pick up wine at Boxwood Estate Winery (2042 Burrland Rd., Middleburg, VA 20117), after which allocations will be shipped to address on file.
• There is a $15 charge for Gold shipping; Platinum and Diamond shipping is complimentary.
